How to Set Up a Payment Plan
*You must first setup your O365 and Self-Service accounts before setting up a payment plan.

Payment Options
- Self-payment in full – Contact the Cashier by phone at 252-249-1851 ext. 3006.
- Complete a FAFSA Application to be considered for the following Federal Financial Aid programs: Federal Pell Grants, Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grants (FSEOG), and Federal Work Study (FWS)
- Apply for Scholarship Opportunities
- PCC Tuition Payment Plan – College can be more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll.
