The Board of Trustees are a highly-accomplished and dedicated group of individuals who share an uncommon loyalty for, and commitment to, Pamlico Community College.

The Board of Trustees includes four member appointments by the Governor, four by the Pamlico County Board of Commissioners and four by the Pamlico County Board of Education, with each member appointed for a four-year term. The Student Government President and Pamlico Community College President serve as ex-officio, non-voting members.


The Board of Trustees typically meets on the fourth Tuesday of January, March, April, July, September and November. The 2024 schedule of meetings approved by the Board is January 23, March 26, April 23, July 23, September 24, and November 26.

Time and location:

• January, April, and September meetings will take place at the PCC Ernestine R. Mattocks Center of Excellence, 701 Main St., Bayboro, NC 28515
• March, July, and November meetings will take place in the Delamar Building’s board room, Room 102A, PCC campus, 5049 Highway 306 South, Grantsboro, NC 28529
• All meetings start at 6 p.m.
