The Board of Trustees are a highly-accomplished and dedicated group of individuals who share an uncommon loyalty for, and commitment to, Pamlico Community College.

The Board of Trustees includes eight member appointments by the General Assembly and four member appointments by the Pamlico County Board of Commissioners, with each member appointed for a four-year term. The Student Government President and Pamlico Community College President serve as ex-officio, non-voting members.

The 2025 schedule of meetings approved by the Board is January 28, March 25, April 22, July 22, September 23, and November 18 (November meeting moved one week earlier in observance of Thanksgiving week).

Time and location:

• January, April, and September meetings will take place at the PCC Ernestine R. Mattocks Center of Excellence, 701 Main St., Bayboro, NC 28515
• March, July, and November meetings will take place in the Delamar Building’s board room, Room 102A, PCC campus, 5049 Highway 306 South, Grantsboro, NC 28529
• All meetings start at 6 p.m.
