Campus safety and security are important issues at Pamlico Community College. Our goal is to provide students with a safe environment in which to learn and to keep students, parents, and employees well informed about campus security. The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, or Clery Act, requires institutions of higher education to provide students and families with the information they need to make informed decisions. The Emergency Management Plan (link below) was established to provide a source of emergency instructions and to create a safe environment for all in accordance with the Clery Act.

This department works in conjunction with the Maintenance and Custodial departments to keep Pamlico Community College safe and secure and to provide an enjoyable campus experience.

If you require police assistance or would like a police escort to your vehicle, call Campus Security at 252-249-1851 ext. 3047. The same number should be used to report safety concerns.

Maintenance and Custodial requests for support are made by employees through the School Dude software. If you are a student or a visitor, please contact any faculty or staff member for assistance.
