Interested in becoming a commissioned Notary Public? This course will provide instruction in legal ethical and procedural requirements of the Notary Act. Upon completion of the course with a passing exam grade, individuals are eligible to make application to the N.C. Secretary of State. The eNotary or electronic notarization process applies an electronic notary signature and seal in a paperless transaction. Participants will need to be a current Notary Public to enroll in the course, as well as bring a valid government ID and commission number to class.
